Anushree is an engineer and credentialed teacher by training, Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Instructor and Ayurveda Practitioner. The spiritual sciences of Yoga, Reiki, and Ayurveda have been an integral part of her life since the early 2000s. Her personal journey of healing from chronic disorders using these healing modalities have unearthed and molded her passion and dharma to be an Ayurvedic educator, channel and healer.
Anushree believes that shifts in mental proclivities, diet, and lifestyle are powerful healing modalities, as are Ayurvedic herbal protocols and therapeutic interventions when the disease pathogenesis is established. The path to healing begins by reconnecting with one's true essence. The body, mind and spirit, once in harmony, become powerful allies in creating a life of health, peace, and purpose. Her specialties are musculoskeletal issues, women's health, digestive issues, fatigue/anxiety/burnout and hormonal imbalance.
With an intention to give back to the Ayurvedic profession and a vision to see it grow as a licensed healthy modality, she also serves on the California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine (CAAM) Board as Director of the Student Committee and spearheads the Clinical Immersion offering.
