Tantra, Ayurveda and the Crystalline Body
Katie Silcox

Tantra, Ayurveda and the Crystalline Body

Tantra, Ayurveda and the Crystalline Body explores the human body as both a biological and subtle energetic system shaped by presence, perception, love and awareness. Drawing from Ayurveda, Tantra, neuroscience and nervous system science, Katie Silcox examines how interoception, proprioception, and autonomic regulation influence healing, embodiment and awakening. This talk bridges ancient wisdom and modern physiology to explore how deeper states of coherence, vitality, and conscious presence emerge through the restoration of our relationship to body, breath, sensation, and subtle awareness.

Participants will explore:

  • The Tantric idea of the “crystalline body”

  • Ayurveda and the subtle body: prana, ojas, and awareness

  • Interoception, proprioception, and nervous system regulation

  • Presence and love as healing forces

  • Trauma, stress, and embodied awakening

  • Practical tools for regulation and subtle awareness

Participants will leave with:

  • A framework bridging Ayurveda, Tantra, and neuroscience

  • Tools for embodied presence and nervous system repair

  • A deeper understanding of healing as awakening

Support your Clients (and Yourselves) to Stop Subconscious Sabotaging! - Anumeha Gupta

As an Ayurveda professional, you may notice that some clients repeat the same patterns despite following the right diet, lifestyle, and recommendations. Often, the root cause lies at the subconscious level. Unseen beliefs and inner obligations can quietly keep your clients stuck in cycles related to health, career, relationships, and finances.

When you work on your own subconscious patterns, your capacity to guide clients deepens and their healing can move further and faster.

In this webinar, you will:

  1. Understand what subconscious sabotage and inner obligations are

  2. Learn how to identify these patterns in yourself and in your clients

  3. Experience a short demonstration of ThetaHealing

Anumeha Gupta brings her background in Ayurveda, yoga, and energy healing when she works with clients offering spiritually rooted emotional healing programs for men and women seeking deep transformation beyond talk therapy or surface-level self-help.

Join this session to expand your skills, strengthen your self-awareness, and support your clients at a deeper level.

[LIVE] Are Your Super-Foods Super Healthy?-Marie Amram

Please note that the time of this LIVE webinar is at 3pm PDT due to the time zone of the speaker. Sign up to watch the recording of this talk at 6pm, if you prefer.

Are your food choices the best for you? How to know what to eat?

We are often told that some foods are healthy and others are not, but we know that Ayurveda is not a one-size-fits-all science and that what one person deems healthy may be unhealthy for another.

In this month's webinar, Marie Amram, will discuss some so-called Super Foods and let us know how they may not be so super. Bring your questions about your own foods to ask this expert about their appropriateness for you and your diet.

Different Format- Chai with CAAM Holiday Meetup This Month

Read more for a Chai Spice Blend Recipe!

Everyone here at CAAM wishes you a happy holiday season- and we'll start it off (or jump- in in the middle) by having a holiday meetup for anyone interested. Meet CAAM Board members and each other. I'll update this space as the event shapes up.

If you can't make it, we look forward to seeing you next year.

Until then, enjoy your Chai!

Here's a recipe for you. I prefer to keep all my herbs in cut/sifted form and grind them just when I need them. Try it. You'll thank me.

Chai Spice Blend

  • 4 Tbsp cinnamon chips

  • 3 Tbsp c/s ginger (or use fresh ginger on the day you're making chai)

  • 1 Tbsp cardamom seeds

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp nutmeg pieces (or grind up about 1/8 tsp on the day you're making chai)

  • 1 tsp cloves

Instructions

  • Use about 1- 1 ½ tsp ground herbs per cup of Chai

  • Add ground spices (and fresh ginger/nutmeg) to ½- cup water and bring to a boil.

  • Boil 3 min and then allow to steep for up to 15 min.

  • Turn off heat. (May steep 1 black tea bag for a few minutes here if desired)

  • Strain out the herbs (optional)

  • Add ½ cup milk of your choice and sweetener if desired.

  • Drink warm

See you in 2027!
