Health should come from a place of freedom and not restriction. With so much conflicting information available on the web it is very difficult for us to differentiate between correct and false information.

Have you heard the term “Ayurveda” before?

Well if you haven’t you are missing out on a lot in your health routine.

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old science that is the manual of life and is still valid to date even with new emerging conditions. The principles (both preventative and treatment) given in this science are truly powerful and can be applied to any given scenario to date.

The cool thing is the principles are straightforward and very intuitive.

We at the California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine (CAAM) are super excited to bring this ancient wisdom to you in a fun and enjoyable version that is completely free of charge.
Join us on March 9th at the “Silicon Andhra University” Milpitas as we celebrate Ayurveda Fair and have our community taste the goodness of Ayurveda.

We will have multiple stalls that showcase different aspects of Ayurveda (Pulse diagnosis, Facial massage, Ayurvedic diet). Learn how to have fun while staying healthy!
