Jeremy Ann Anderson is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist with over 20 years of experience as a student, practitioner, and educator, dedicated to training the next generation of Ayurvedic professionals. Through her private practice, Inspired Life Ayurveda, she offers deeply attuned individual consultations, 1:1 and group mentorship programs for Ayurvedic graduates, and international retreats that blend Ayurveda with nature immersion and restorative practices. She also leads a women’s healing collective and remains deeply committed to making Ayurveda accessible, authentic, empowering, and grounded in the wisdom of the natural world.

As Education Chair, Jeremy leads initiatives to strengthen collaboration between California’s Ayurvedic schools and CAAM, building strong, open lines of communication that support shared learning and collective growth. Her vision is to foster a unified network that advances the visibility, quality, and credibility of Ayurveda throughout the state and beyond.
