Chai with CAAM is a free monthly webinar offered to the public and to our membership. It is intended to be informational, not clinical and to include topics of broad interest rather than special interest. The audience is Ayurvedic enthusiasts, students, and professionals, so no intro to Ayurveda topics are needed

This is not a platform for self-promotion, though the hosts will make your information available to the attendees at the end of the webinar.

What You'll Need to Apply

We’re looking for engaging speakers who can present broad-interest wellness topics through an Ayurvedic lens for the general public, Ayurvedic enthusiasts, students, and practitioners. Rather than introductory Ayurveda content, we encourage proposals that align with monthly health awareness themes and offer practical, accessible education.

Your application will include your name, contact information, professional credentials, teaching experience, motivation for speaking at Chai with CAAM, 2–3 proposed topics or areas of expertise, a brief description of what attendees will learn, and a 2–3 minute video of you presenting an Ayurvedic topic. Please ensure every section is completed before submitting, as incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

What Happens Next?

Once your application is submitted, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt. All applications are reviewed by the two current Chai with CAAM Co-Hosts. If both reviewers reach the same decision, it is considered final. If the review results in a split decision, a CAAM Board Member will serve as the tie-breaker.

Application Timeline

Applications for the following year’s Chai with CAAM season are accepted May 1 through October 15, or until all speaker spots have been filled—whichever comes first. Speaker placements are offered on a first-approved basis, and once the annual schedule is full, applications will close and reopen the following May 1.
