I have been lucky enough to spread the "Gospel of Ayurveda" for 15 years through my wellness platform Alchemy Ayurveda. I am a Professional member of the National Ayurveda Medical Association (NAMA) at the Ayurvedic Doctor level. I am an Ayurveda health & lifestyle mentor, a faculty member at Ayurveda schools, Ayurveda plant-based chef and curator of bespoke spiritual retreats to India. Prior to my wellness career, I spent many years in the corporate world. My well-rounded perspective makes my approach to Ayurveda pragmatic, relatable, joyful and most importantly, very effective.
I am passionate about making Ayurveda accessible and available to Everybody.
