Meet Preeti Gupta, a mother whose journey into Ayurveda began with her daughter’s severe food sensitivities and skin allergies. Hundreds of tests and endless stress led nowhere, prompting Preeti to ask, “How can food, which is supposed to be nourishing, be detrimental?” Determined to find solutions, she pursued over 4,000 hours of classical Ayurvedic studies, mastering Sanskrit to understand ancient texts and traveling to India to learn traditional therapies like Panchakarma. Preeti’s journey was not only about healing her daughter but about helping other parents facing similar challenges. Over the last decade, she has become a beacon of hope in her community, helping clients at her Ayurvedic clinic with personalized care. As a professional member of the CAAM (California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine) and NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association) and part of the inaugural cohort of NAMA-certified Ayurvedic Doctors in the United States, she now leads Minute Wonder Ayurveda Clinic in San Ramon, empowering women and families with time-honored, natural methods for vibrant health and well-being.
