2025 CAAM Conference Terms and Conditions

By Registering for CAAM’s 2025 Conference, you agree to the following terms:

1. ⁠Refund requests must be made in writing to webinars@caam-ayurveda.org by Feb 15th with a valid reason. 20% handling fee will be applied

2. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations after the deadline.

3. In case of event rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

4. If the event is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Tickets cannot be shared or duplicated.

6. The organizers are not responsible for personal belongings, injury, or accidents during the event.

7. The organizers reserve the right to modify the program schedule or speakers without prior notice.

8. Dietary, accessibility, or other special requirements must be communicated at the time of ticket purchase.
