Mary will teach us about her unique tool to detect her clients’ stress levels - the Stress Clock. She will also go over some of the tools that she gives her clients who struggle with mental health issues through some case studies.

What is the hormonal dance that results in menstruation? How do we view this from an Ayurvedic lens? What doshas and dhatus are co-related to the female reproductive system?
Vaidya Ashlesha Raut will decode these for us and teach us how to analyze a female reproductive issue in a clinical setting from an Ayurvedic perspective.
Using real-life cases, we will walk the 3 phases of a woman’s reproductive life cycle by looking at 3 disorders in the following phases: menarche, pregnancy and perimenopause.
