I fell in love and dedicated my life to Ayurveda after finding relief from debilitating back pain (and other complaints) during my second pregnancy. Before choosing to study the Vedic sciences, I was planning to move to the EU. I became convinced that the Vedas had all the answers I had ever been looking for and decided to stay to find out. I've never looked back.
I know firsthand how humiliating and depressing hair loss can be. Though I've worked as a general practitioner these past years, my own struggles with hair loss and my success at its regrowth has inspired me to bring a greater focus on supporting women in identifying and addressing the root causes of their hair loss and thinning. The topic of hair health is particularly interesting due to its relationship with our fertility and in turn our fertility's relationship with our whole body health.
I received a five year degree from Vedika Global College of Ayurveda and also have NAMA board-certification as an Ayurveda Practitioner. I further spent 12 years under the mentorship of a traditional teacher for my own self growth and development. I use my studies of Yoga and Vedanta philosophy and psychology within my practice to support my clients achieving their goals.
