Jeff studied nutrition before attending the Cordon Bleu in France and worked as a professional chef for 15 years. He was introduced to Ayurveda in 2005 by Dr. Vacant Lad and attended the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico, and is a professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. He is certified as an Ayurveda-Panchakarma Specialist, Marma Therapist, AHG Certified Herbalist, Iyengar Yoga instructor, and IAYT-AyurYoga Therapist. He established Three Seasons Ayurveda in 2010.
