Emily is a daughter of Earth: Artist, herbalist, trained yoga instructor, and Ayurvedic wellness educator.
Emily has cultivated a strong relationship with nature through co-creating with her plant, mineral, and animal spirit guides since childhood on Vashon Island in Washington state's stolen Coast Salish land.
A trained Shamanic practitioner, Emily believes compassion and consciousness are the ultimate healing forces. She intuitively calls on her relationship with earth's inhabitants and elements to treat clients with sensitivity, gentleness, and awareness, supporting their evolving processes, and ultimately offering a mirror to see one's true light shine.
Services offered include traditional ayurvedic diet and lifestyle counseling, body therapies, intuitive energy healing using reiki, automatic writing, deep listening, mantra, and channeled gemstones.
My approach to guiding others toward their personal wellness is with sensitivity, deep listening, and inclusion. I am passionate about helping open the door to access tools and insights so clients can continue to maintain their health and wellness as self-healers. Through Ayurvedic wisdom practices and energy body healing modalities, I wish to welcome clients into a supportive space to nurture one's wellness as a human. I graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences and the Principles of Ayurvedic Medicine program at California College of Ayurveda; certified as an Ayurveda Wellness Educator.
I am a heart centered, innovative, hard working individual who brings over a decade of experience in the creative and healing fields. I continue to travel in my journey to shine a light on all Ayurveda has to offer to our global community.
